Mike Dean’s Super Food Stores is committed to safeguarding the personal information entrusted to us by our customers and employees. We manage your personal information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act.

We collect only the personal information that we need for the following purposes.

Customers:

Open, manage, and review an account for rental purposes
Follow up with a customer for overdue rental products
Open, manage, and reveiw an account for sales purposes

Employees:

Managing our Human Resources file
Processing payroll deposits
Meeting all regulatory requirements

We will use your personal information only for the purpose it was collected as well as using appropriate security measures to control access to your personal information. We retain personal information only as long as is reasonable or as directed by law. We will not release, rent, or sell your personal information to any other business.
